Kristen brings more than 15 years of high-tech sales, account management, training and technical support operations experience to GeoTrust, where she is responsible for client support and operations and managing the Company's on-going relationships with customers and partners worldwide.
Prior to her role as VP of Client Services, Kristen led Worldwide Sales at GeoTrust where she helped triple sales revenues in three years. Prior to joining GeoTrust, Kristen was Vice President of Client Services at Apogee Networks where she was responsible for developing and managing several divisions, including pre-sale engineering, client services, training, technical support and the professional services division. Kristen also spent eight years at Global Crossing in various positions, including Director of Sales for the New England region where she achieved 400% of plan. Most recently, Kristen was Vice President of Client Services for the Northern American Enterprise Division at Global Crossing. During this period, she developed and created a customized service strategy to retain and grow the existing customer base. Her other experience includes assisting in the development of the marketing, communications and sales departments at Whittier Health Network.
Kristen holds a B.S. in marketing from Bentley College in Waltham, Mass.
